Pause

What I love about the simple act of taking a photo is the pause. Very often through life we don’t stop and look at the things around you – understandable, we are all busy creatures after all. I get caught up in my tiny bubble often, looking down at my phone and doom scrolling through twitter.

Whenever I bring my camera out and about, it is a physical reminder to pause for a moment and look for something to take a photo of, even on a very busy day. And often, the photographs I take of these moments are some of my favourites.

May small joys bring you peace readers. See you in the next post!
